During this time of COVID 19 with many travel restrictions, social distancing and “Stay at Home” orders NDS-NA is offering training sessions online. Given the seriousness of this viral outbreak and our commitment to minimize the spread and transmission, we hope to help make the best use of people’s time at home and our digital technology.

NDS-NA is offering training sessions for current NDS users to cover specific topics of interest. There have been many updates and sub-models people may not be aware of or use very often.  Now is the time to take advantage of some extra training not only for your understanding but to help dairy farmers better understand the biology that they manage. 

Our thought is to offer small group (<10 people), 3hr sessions for $250 per group.

Possible Topics Ideas, or you name it could be Rumen fill and NDFd, Animal Inputs and Production Outputs, Fat Sub-model  and RUM&N pH Sub-Model, Economics, Inventory Management, Calf Model, Optimization and Optimizer Use, and even diet formulation and review.

Our NDS-NA team will be available to schedule these sessions with also some input from the RUM&N team of Dr. Giulia Esposito, Dr. Emiliano Raffrenato, and Ermanno Melli.
