Using this feature you can automatically send to RUM&N customer support your database in case it was necessary to fix it or verify the data it contains.
With the computer connected to Internet, you can send your database following the steps below.
On the Main board open the Utility tab and click the RUMeN Tools button.
On the panel RUMeN Tools click the Send database button
After an appropriate confirmation, the submission process will start and will last a variable time depending on the size of the database.
At the end of the process this message box will appear informing that the operation was completed.
