Costs origin of a recipe ingredients

You can assign an origin of costs for the ingredients included to each recipe; the recipe cost will change depending on the selected cost origin (since the cost of its ingredients will also change). If a feed included in the recipe has no costs for the selected origin, it will be displayed with zero cost; anyway you can add or modify the costs of the ingredients in the recipe screen.
